A simple spaghetti dinner was the first thing I cooked on my own! As a runner, I love "Carb loading" the night before a long run or race - so you might see spaghetti or other pasta dinners quite often on our menu!
1 lb of hamburger meat (you can also use turkey, tofu, etc)
1 20 oz jar of spaghetti sauce (we buy Prego Mushroom)
Spaghetti noodles (you can do any type of noodle though!)
1. Brown hamburger meat and drain after cooking all the way through.
2. Boil water and cook noodles 10-12 minutes, or until malleable. Drain water after cooking.
3. Combine meat, noodles, and sauce on medium heat until sauce is warm.
Serve with garlic bread and salad!
